Well this is my 1979 Honda civic. One very sweet project car that catches a LOT of interest from a lot of people in many different ways. To start it off, this is a photoshop of how i want the final result to end up.

the main focus for this car is a boosted dohc d16a1 engine runing atleast 11's in the 1/4 mile. and a very presentable car i can enter to hopefully take home a few trophies. im really aiming to be that "Best JDM" trophie winner.

this is also a demonstation of a "budget build" drag car/show car. And how cheap things can be done when you do it the REAL way. BUILD, Not Buy.

pretty plain and simple. so with out to much more BS, lets get the pictures started.

FIRST PAGE IS THE MOST RECENT UPDATE ONLY!!! BROWSE THE 2ND PAGE FOR THE FULL BUILD STARTING FROM DAY 1!

Wow.. So i totally forgot to update this cardomain page... its been nearly 5 months since i have, and a LOT has changed!! with a good story. so ill try to play it out like ive been keeping this up to date haha.

So sometime in april i got back to working on the car. foamed the front end up, shaved it down. and finished the mold.

Then i laid out the fiberglass cloth

Then started to lay down some resin and ran out... damn it! so it didnt get very far.

So next i started thinking with the Right Side of my Brain. (pun intended)

and started checking out the RHD swap. Its pretty sweet, the car is already marked out where everything needs to go. so im simply going to cut out the left side.. and weld it to the right side, and then weld up the holes on the left side. Custom fab the pedals and its done. only part ill have to buy is a RHD steering rack. ill let the pictures do the rest of the talking.

New seats that im probably not going to use. going with something more light weight and different.

Saturday Night 5/3/2008. Was cleaning out the shop to make some more room, since there is a 65,66,67 mustang, 67 camaro, and 79 civic, and a SHIT tone of junk in there. was cleaning it out. i rolled my civic out side, and sometime in there a old girl friend called and wanted to hang out. hadnt seen her in forever so i just closed doors, and ran home to wash up. left the civic sitting out side...

i come back later that night and its fucking gone!!! some cock sucking bastard stole my fucking stripped out shell. how low can you be? my best guess is meth addict needed scrap metal to sell to buy his drugs. my god i am pissseed!!! So the Civic is still missing as of this monday morning 5/5/08. But is the project really over?.......................

NOPE!!!

Sunday 5/4/08

I picked up another Civic. Cant let those fuckers get the best of me, and ill never let them win!! im going all out on this one. Balls to the wall!

The guy i got it from called it "Racer X".
I present, the new, EB3 - STi Killer.

with a NASTY dent. That will take 1 full gallon of bondo to fill in ;)

So i started tearing it down, its going to get completely stripped, and replaced with new custom built, light weight parts.

i remember my 79' Honda civic it had a 1.3 with a 5 speed, it was a piece of crap! i blowed up the engine in it, so i cut the roof off and then cut it in half. and then took it to the crusher!
