This was the first car that i purchased on my own. I purchased it in 2001 as a senior in high school just to have fun with. I must say i fell in love with this car. However tragedy struck in 2004 while i was on a mission and my little brother was hit by a UPS Truck when he was going straigt through an intersection and the UPS driver was turning left. After a couple of court room hearings my little brother was finally able to recoupe some of the loses and he later purchased an audi 90. So This is more or less a tribute to the audi 5000s, a little space in the online car world. RIP!! So thats the story.... This was the car.

Installing the head liner, a Flokati Wool, which i was told is self cleaning because of the oils in the wool, this held true

Getting started on the carpet.

The Carpet was ordered from JC Penney Catalog. It was ment to be bathroom carpet with the rubber backing. We figgured this would mold nicely to the peeks and valleys of the floor. All you need is a hair drier and a lot of patience and a lot of spary on glue.

The carpet was a 1 inch pile which made it extremely soft and easy to clean compaired to standard car carpet

The 90% finished interior. This picture was taken before the doors were remolded and finished to match the interior.

The bunny tails, not sure exactly why we did that. i think it was to give the people in the back something to play with...

The part that took the longest was the moon roof. If you look closely you can notice that the swirl pattern is in the middle of the moon roof with the flat black on the outside. This was to match the seats.
