My 2005 Ion Redline has a 2.8 pulley (around 17 psi) and is tuned with HP Tuners. With the HP Tuners software, the redline was increased to 7K along with other things I have no idea about that my husband takes care of LOL We also installed has solid motor mounts and lowered her with Sprint springs and the tail lights and corners are blacked out. We also put a Autometer Boost Gauge on the A-Piller and recently installed 10K HID's and SIRIUS. New clutch and exhaust never happened before we sold it :)
These dyno results are with just the 2.8 pulley (didn't have it tuned with HP yet, just piggyback)...no correction factor was used on the numbers. Stock WHP 195.62, w/ only 2.8 pulley 213.09 WHP
