As far as the engine, its the same block bored .40 over, KB pistons, H Beam Rods, Block was shaven,so were the heads to get 10.1 comp and the best part, Its now a full roller motor, hence, thats why dont see the stock intake manifold. The cam has the .505 lift. Had to shave the plenum to make it fit and custom build an air filter for now. The Tranny is a TH425 with new heavy duty chain, 2800 stall and stage 3 shift kit. The builder said approx 700 plus ft lbs of torque and around 500hp. Thats sounds a little much, but we'll see when its dyno'd. All I do know is, the entire car rocks with i give it gas, and it will light the tires up with no problem, even while cruisin at 40mph, just alot of torque! The coolest part is, when you light up the tires, you cant tell by the car sliding or any vibration or movement on the steering wheel, its so smooth im loving it so far!

Hi John, Love the car, 5 stars. I was upset at first when you told me that you painted over the chrome bumpers. It looks great, you proved that the chrome doesn't necessarily make the car, keep it up. ~Sunshine777888

I like that Toronado. A friend fo mine customized his 68(dark blue color, colored bumpers) .He drove to lansing,MI to Oldsmobiles 100th Ann., back in August of 1997. He spent $50,000 into his rig(grand per wheel, Byod Coddoing, I believe)
