If you have an auto 4.10 will get out the hole the quickest.You have overdrive so freeway driving should be fine. If you think thats to much try the 3.90 I know someone with a 03 mach1 it has an auto he went with the 4.30 every day driven

3.73 is they way to go, unless you have an automatic trans then a 4.10 would be best. I paid $189.00 for the ford racing gear. $100.00 for the Motive Bearing Kit (8.8) and the Royal Purple Max Gear Oil 3 bottles and $350.00 for the install. Beside my cams that was that best mod, well worth every pennie.I got every thing from http://www.americanmuscle.com/ used to be called mustangtuning.com no problems what so ever with them i highley recommend them and www.rpmoutlet.com/. Good luck and keep me updated on you'r mods. I got more pictures to add to my page when i get my car back i'm having it lowered
