Audio
I have installed an aftermarket head unit with iPod interface. I'm still using the stock speakers (due to $$$) but it sounds pretty good. I think the new head unit fits right at home.
Lighting
I have converted the instrument panel and HVAC controls to red backlighting with LED bulbs. I have also installed red cold cathode tubes above the front footwells and by the floor console.
Here's some blurry pictures of the backlighting from my phone:
And in this picture you can sort of see the red glow on the footwells. I have yet to get a better picture of this, but I assure you it looks great. Also pictured is the mounted switch for the cathodes, and the wiring behind the switch. I recently added red cathodes at the rear of each seat, lighting up the floorspace in the back seat.
The windows have been tinted with 20% black window film.
