Update:

05/14/08: So it's been a year almost and the car has made slow progress. I do have the engine put together though and it will be dropped in once im done at school and go home. Here's how the car and motor sit:

Motor Specs: Stock rebuilt longblock. Explorer intake, 70mm thottle body. She'll have shorties, O/R H pipe, and Flowmasters once in the car.

07/10/07: The engine is done, i was driving it to a warehouse and whatever was lose broke and the car shakes like crazy. I might get a crate from FR but most likely will just buy a longblock through Ford Parts. If I do get a longblock, the intake will be new to the manifold, ill get a new cam, and full exhaust.

06/26/07: Got a clanking/knocking noise coming from deep within. Gonna rebuild the top end to about 300 at the wheels. Ill post pics as the build starts.

Also the interior is done, im gonna wash and vaccuum the car soon and take some pics of it all.

04/02/07: New pics I put on some Pony wheels wrapped in 245/50 Sumitomo HTRZ

03/04/07: Took off stripes and chrome wheel moldings. Car looks much better from the outside. Also ripped out the interior down to bare metal. New carpet going in once audio wiring is fixed.

02/09/07: Bought this decent 5.0 LX with 92K on it. I want to turn it into a beast but maintain the stock look. I need to restore the interior and exterior and then I'll attack the engine and suspension.

The 275's clear with no problem. You can also run a 315 with a spacer.
