I already have the headlight (black housing), side markers (black housing), grille (chrome) and bottom metal trim directly from Japan. Special thanks to Akira in Japan for all the help to get this parts. Arigatou...

Now I lowered the Previa with Tanabe Sustec Spring set. Lower about 1.8" on the front and 2" on the back. Exactly what I want.

Already have a awesome alarm and tint window 5%.
Next step is body kit. Got Origin VIP body kit. Wheels also coming 20" x 8".

Hard part on the body kit installation is that in Japan de sliding side door is on the Driver side and the US version is on the passenger side. That's means a lot of modification on the body kit. Here's a picture testing the front end.

Now working on convert the left side door panels into the right...HARD WORK.

THIS IS THE MAN (PHILL) WHO DESERVE AL THE CREDIT FOR THIS PROJECT.

Now, this is the last update on the conversion. We installed the headlights and side markers with the Blue HID headlights and Yellow HID fog lights. Van is complete painted and ready for buffing for a final touch. See the pictures and tell me how Phill and Nick are making this awesome unique conversion.

Now the JDM Kouki tail light installed on the Previa. It's a hard to do fitment and cutting wires. Both headlight and tail lights need to cut the metal mounting to fit.

We're working inside now with the gauges. We install a Turbo gauge (Van is Supercharged) Volt and Oil Pressure gauges. Tel me what do you think about location. The gauges change up to 7 colors to match the interior dash.

A little upgrade on the engine compartment is a Fujita Air Filter. Big change.
