From this

to this (at the moment)
and now to this..

wow looks almost complete ALOMST

This is how i bought the car. Is a k reg 100 nx 1.6 16v twin cam. It had about 93,000 miles on the clock thats now been boosted upto jus over 100,000.

When I 1st bought it it had a miss an sumtimes cut out when i stopped. We tried a number of things on it (i.e servicing). This did not fix the problem but we then noticed perished rubber breather pipes everywhere under the bonnet, after changing all these it was running fine :-)

After about a week i put a set of 17's on it, not sure of the make as i had them from my brother who also didn't have a clue what make they were, unfortuantly I had to change these to smaller wheels as the seal kept braking on them due to driving to fast (or so i was told) but it later turned out that there was a buckle in the rim. This left me with 15's which were in fair condition, good enough for now anyway.

Next came the start of the proper modding (good old ebay), starting off with a nice simple mod - the exhuast, it's a Stateside CherryBomb, Muff Diver fitted great appart from needing to attack the rear bumper with an angle grinder, but what the hell i'm getting a new one any way.

The side skirts were ordered next and fitted almost perfectly.
They were pop rivetted on and an are still in the process of of being blended in.

I'm waiting for the front bumper to arrive which should be here in the next 2 days, with the rear bumper being ordered next month.
After that should be new bigger alloys 17's/18's possibly a small size spoiler full respray either in orange or green still havent decided but got plenty of time to.

Shall keep things updated.

Well it's arrived (woo).

This isn't actualy on jus held up, it looks like a good fit so should go on no trouble.

But as any one who's ever taken a front bumper off a nissan 100nx, they'll already now it's not your usual couple of bolts.
2 and a 1/2 hours in a dark and semi-cold garage and only managed to tear the splitter off, never mind there's always tomorrow.

Welll tommorow came(as it tends to do) annnnnd the result?

2 and a 1/2 hours in a dark garage with spanners and ratchets - 20 mins in bright sunlight with angle grinder and persuasion tools (ie. hammer).......lesson learnt

Yerp it came off as u can see, and i think it would have been an impossible job (for me to do) with out cutting the bumper off at the side then angle grinding the heads of the bolts off then pulling them through.

Pain in the arse as it was, deffinatly worth it.

Again, just like the skirts, this fitted almost perfectly an took very little time to put on once the old one was off.

Well it's been a while and I haven't done all that much but here goes with the updates so far ...............

In a nut shell....... filler and primer.

I've filled the door where the rubber strip was took alot of work and one very big tub of filler. I have also filled the dip in the bumper to make it as smooth as possible. There was also a sizable gap between the front of the wings an bumper so this was filled in. (Lets hope I dont nudge the bumper as this is rather a weak spot an will crack.)

I have also started to prime up the filled parts to check for mistakes in the filler. This won't be the final primer color as I need a peach primer because the Ford Focus ST orange(the color I'm having) is a two layer paint. This does mean more money but thats the color I want.....

Grr rear bumper still hasn't arrived but it is on order... :-(
soooo in the mean time i jus had to buy sumthing to waste sum of my money on...

this is a dvd, cd, radio, headunit with tv tuner also has usb and sd inputs i will also get sunvisor monitors as although the 3.5 standered display is good quality its still not too good for watching films

i've also added a universal air filter was the biggest one i cud find locally really improves sound an performance is much better...

(dont worry i will polish up the engine bay annnnd change the battery which looks older than i am) :p

WOW long time no update (nothing to do with me not remembering my password and then suddenly remembering what it was yesterday)..

well not that much has happened really since my last update so i will just post newest pics i got then annotate them:)

this is just a pic of mid primer work.... most of the car is now in primer except rear end which needs blending. the rear bumper was bought after the remaining primer was done

wow, well done, u guessed it this is the rear bumper. not much to say other than it need to b blended in, fit was good and the car IS parked on a slant..

next came the new alloys (17" hijoin dynamics) will look good if lowered :-)

these are the lights i'm in the process in making here they are just fiber glassed

heres 2 of it in the dark here they are fillered but need alot of work cudn put the reverse light on as i was on my own ones with fog light the others with out.
