This is my 1996 Monte Carlo Z34 with 152,000 miles!

~3.4L DOHC V6
~215 Horsepower
~220 Lb. Ft. Torque
I have put over $2000 in this engine...it was in bad shape when i bought it, but since ive always wanted a Monte Carlo, I had to get it. I bought the car for $650 from a Repo Yard, where it set for a year. The Z is running excellent now and progress is still continuing! The car had 138,000 miles on it when I bought it a year and a half ago, and it never had its tune-up at 100,000! The car was getting 8-9 MPG in the city and the transmission fluid was black as can be. I worked on the Z all summer long, and she now has 152,000 miles, and is getting 14-15 MPG city now, its low because I have a bad O2 sensor! I have flushed the transmission out more than 5 times, and its now shifting smooth and is red finally. Here is a list of what I have in the car/what Ive done to it...:
~New Autolite Double Platinums
~New Beldon/Max Napa Spark Plug Wires

TRANNY BLOWN (152,977 Miles)
The spot where I parked the car!

This is where is blew!

The long trail it left after the tranny blew! I was going only 15 mph when it blew!

Heres a pic of the transmission as of right now!

Heres peices I found on the ground afterwards!!!

The peices to the lower left of the photo are actually peices of a gear, all one gear too!
There are also a couple things wrong with the Z. Here's a list of things wrong with the Z...:
