Zetec 2.3 Stroker CGI Block & Accesories
I didn't get to many pictures of the build process because of my location and time constraints, but when I went to check-up on my car, I wanted to see the engine. Here is what I did take.
You'll notice that I have 2 different cam gears. That is because me, nor the tuner could loosen the bolts, so we used an extra lying around the shop.
The CGI block originally came 2.0, but it was bored out, and with different rods and pistons, the displacement increased to roughly 2.3L. A new water pump was added, the head the port & polished.

Ford Racing's Exhaust Coated Header: The advantage of using this compared to the stock header is that it is ceramic coated. This aids in less heat release from the piping.

Here I had to drill a small hole for the EGT probe.

Custom 1-Off Intake Manifold w/ Billet Fuel Rail: The guy who made this is really talented. His welds are superb. This intake should better the flow that the turbo pushes through it. This custom manifold allows me to use the regular non-SVT zetec 70mm Throttle Body.

These 2 picture below were from the earlier stages of fabrication. Just look at those velocity stacks.
