this is my datsun 510 wagon. if you are doing a ka24 swap i can help you. just message me. i wound up using a scirraco radiator and it works great in the valley heat. never got too hot. other than that this car is fast and ive already gotten a ticket in it when i put the stage 3 clutch in.

as you could imagine the stock ka was not fast enough so i got a port and polished engine with 40k miles and thew a turbocharger on it. i had no room for a intercooler so i ran water injection. im pushing 15psi and there is knock or detination.
72 datsun wagon; shaved door handles w/ 50 lbs solnoids,BBS 3 piece all aluminum rims with 1" spacer/adapters in the front, brand new tires all the way around, dependable car- drove to rohnert park and back (135 miles one way) to modesto round trip with no problems,fram HPG1 fuel filter, walrbo 255lph fuel pump, 200cc water injection,1980 280zx disc brakes all the way around, 350lb coilovers in front, first gen camber plates, 280zx mastercylender and b210 brake booster, sciracco radiator with duel 9" electric fans set to come on at 160 deg , 48 trim turbo, custom made log manifold 1.5" runners on 1/2" flange, chiped ecu to run for turbo and 460cc injectors, stock maf, 3" intake tubing, alarm system, 1989 240sx engine(ka24e) and transmission, no cat, 2.25" down pipe transition to 1.75" to keep it quite. 1985 toyo mr2 rear struts in front, ajustable air shocks in back, shaved gas tank door, componant speakers, 1" bump steer spacers, 3/8" sump gas tank feeding FP,compact honda battery, shortend driveline, custom made trans cross member, custom cut/ weled engine cross member,custom made rear disc brake caliper brackets, 4.11:1 gears on a H190 rear end, on the tranny 4th gear is 1.0:1, 5th is 0.82:1 so gas milage is not all affected- still get 25+ mpg highway. port and polished head. no smog stuff on intake, no egr valve. was told engine has 40k on it but from the looks of the head it has way less than that! compression is 200psi accross all 4, shaved side lights, gas filler neck inside car. fold down rear seat. 1/2" NPT hole in block for oil return, billet aluminum turbo oil return. flared 1/4" aluminum tubing feeding oil to turbo. water cooled but i dont have the hooked up yet.running pure synthetic oil throught it that i will change every 2000 miles. car is pushing 15psi and pulls strong.has rear seat and in good condition. front seats need to be redone. headliner has a rip in it.40k on motor, 165k on body, its a california car so their is no rust. i have sanded all of the passenger side and some of the driver side. i did not use bondo. i have used short straned fiberglass filler, will not ever crack! just need to finish the front fenders, roof and hatch. not much else to be done.motor is pushing out somewhere around 250hp rwhp . has stage 3 ceramic clutch and stronger pressure plate

already smoked;

2005 toyota celica
