The chrome returns! i replaced the XXR 513's with XXR 501's:
Before I put the chrome back on, I painted the 513's bronze
My car has changed a lot since I was voted SOTW. I've gone with a red/black theme. Gone is all the chrome on the exterior/interior, which is now either body color or black. The only chrome remaining is in the engine compartment. I now have XXR 513's painted all black to replace the Sportmax 002's.
I replaced my 195/45 15 Kumho tires with 195/50 15 Hankook Ventus RS-2's.

I've swapped a black interior for the tan and dyed the top black as well. I also installed a Personal steering wheel. I removed the style bar and installed a Hard Dog Deuce roll bar. I have custom upholstered diamond pattern vinyl door panels and console lid.
Before I bought the 513's, I painted my 002's to see if I liked the look. Here's a pic of them:

Custom fiberglass/MDF footwell subwoofer enclosure (without custom floor mat) with an 8" Kicker sub. It is powered by an Xtant amplifier supplying 400 watts. With the top down at 80 mph you can still feel and hear the bass because of the design of the enclosure.

Here's a photo showing where Tom Matano signed my hood in 1999! I didn't own the car in 1999, but it was a nice surprise when I recently discovered it!

Here it is with some 17's that I had for a little while.
This is almost how my car looked when I bought it. This isn't an actual picture, but one I found that is a close representation. My car had the same exact rims as the pics, but I have a tan interior. This should give you a good idea of how much time and effort I have put into my Roadster!
Since being selected SOTW, someone in California decided to try a scam on eBay using my pics and info from my CarDomain site. Fortunately, the auction was deleted by eBay, but not before some friends had bid it up over $5 million! Here is a screen shot of the auction:
