Built on January 10, 1964, this triple-white convertible spent most of its life in Gillette, Wyoming. I bought it in December 2005 from a dealer in North Dakota and had it delivered here to Virginia. The car has a 390 4v engine. I've been accumulating parts to restore it. We use it for occasional pleasure rides with the top down in summer. I love the long lines of this car, and the trunk is huge. When I finish it I'll also drive it in parades and take it to some shows. Great legroom in the back seat too.
I'm running 16x8 Vintage 45 wheels on it now. While I like the look, I'm thinking about going with Kelsey Hayes wire wheels and wide whitewalls when I finish the car.

Nice Merc! I have the same Park Lane convertable with the buckets/console treatment as well, but it was blue on blue. Mine came with the 2X3 induction 390cid and factory T10 four speed trans. I am looking for info on wheel size and backspace. Any ideas?
