Headlight Conversion

Some have asked how did I change over to newer style headlights so here it goes

First I used headlights from a chevy astro van take the headlights / bulbs and wireing from a junkyard van. Remove your 2 bulb system from your camaro along with the center divider throw it all away or sell it your choice.

You will need to use 2 90deg brakets per headlight line up the headlight in the bucket and mark where you need to put the brakets to match up with the adjustment bolts from your old headlight system. I fiberglassed the brakets to the top of the headlights and wired the harness to the camaro wireing harness installed the bulbs and used threaded rod for the top adjustments and weather stripping along the bottom to cure vibration.

I will post photos soon when I put it all together but all in all it will take very little time to convert your 2 bulb headlights to newer style

and a test fit with no bolts holding it to line things up
