Update oct 6th
Installed my Aux reverse lights.
used 16gauge wiring and a 40amp hella relay, also got a blue switch from lordco to replace the red one that was in the dash from the previous owner (he had a canopy light hooked up)
pictures!
these bastards are bright!
at night, lights need to be aimed properly still.
Lights aimed right, love this picture.
Roll bar installed. Bad picture, it was pissin rain and I didn't want to get my camera wet. I will grab a few more at different angles when the weather gets better.
Im still waiting on my hella 500 lights, as far as I know the parts are held up at customs right now :(
October 24th my parts finally showed up!!
In the box was:
2 sets of hella 500's
2 silicone couplers for ISR mod
1 side marker light to replace my broken one
1 ash tray ( never had one)
1 turn signal + lense to replace my cracked one
lots of misc bolts
lower steering colum cover that broke because USPS man handles all their packages.
Here are pictures of the lights.
I have no room for any more switches, so im going to make a custom panel to go under my sterio. Untill I get that done they are for looks only :)
Fog lights
Driving lights
I did my ISR mod this morning.
2.75-3.5" silicone connectors
3.5" ABS piping with a 45degree pipe thats sealed with silicone.
Brass fittings for the vent hoses.
The little clamps on the throttle body and airbox have been replaced with regular band clamps, I just didnt have any on hand that fit.
Update
I picked up my 4.88 rear third and front diff this morning. I will post some pictures when I get them all cleaned up. Will take my awhile, they are VERY greasy and grimey
Fogs wired up, hella sent me bunk wires so I had to replace some of them.
I made my custom switch panel, but bent it re-installing it, its thin metal so its all ruined. I am making a new one this week, I will post a picture when its done :D
switch panel 2.0, as promised.
I wired up the driving lights on my roll bar. They are very very bright. I had to take the picture at an angle or the light would mess up the picture.
I have to shim the light mounting points as they are touching the roll bar and can't be adjusted to point any farther down.
I decided I wanted to put my valance back on.
On our trip to harrison west the valance was ripped off and I ran over it, crunching the drivers side.
So I stuck it into the shed when I got home and it sat there for a few weeks. I whipped out the tin snips, hammer and vice grips and came up with this
Minor update..
I am dropping off the rear 4.88 3rd to get an overhaul, including fresh bearings. Looks like im gonna drop 300 bucks on this so it better work good :D
another minor update..
3rd is being rebuilt, decided to throw a lockrite in it at this time, the v6 aussie locker is never gonna come out..
looks like its gonna cost me around 600 bones.
Update*

Lockrite has been ordered from porc.com Alex is a good guy, he called me back and we where able to get everything sorted out.
ETA is about 7-10 buisness days

Finished a bunch of work this week:
Installed:
-1.5" SDORI bj spacers
-1.5" procomp add-a-leafs (with new u-bolts and center pins)
-repacked passengerside wheel bearings, replaced and packed
drivers side wheel bearings and races.
-New front calipers and soft hoses
-installed idler arm
-removed sway bar (used a torch)
Have to go for an alingment in a few days, was not able to get one this weekend, doh!
No pictures of the install, we did it in the rain and the dark.
The rear end is still a little low since the lift worked out 1.5" font and rear. Hopfally I can get my shackles made soon, only need around .75-1" of rear lift to make the truck level.
Not very good pictures, snowing out today so I cant get close ups.

Will drop it off in a few days so it can be installed in my 4.88 rear third, while its getting rebuilt.
Dec 25th
Merry christmas all!
Few updates for you all.
- Tie rod adjuster sleeves are seized, I will be replacing both inner and outer tie rods on thursday (27th)
I am driving around with messed alignment due to this.
- original 31" spare was torched out, ended up giving my around 1" of rear lift. Now the truck sits level! I will grab a picture soon for you guys.
- Contacted BCC about armor, I will be getting a custom rear bumper and sliders from 1.75" tubing. Taran is supposed to get ahold of me after the holidays.
- I am currently out of work so looks like the mods are going to slow down for now, but hopfally I can get working again soon!
Update
Installed new tie rods today.
Inners, outers and adjuster sleeves. Parts cost me 180 bucks.
Current picture
Im trying to get an appointment at BCC to get my rear bumper and sliders made. Hopfally soon.
I might be replacing my home made intake with a metal one instead. My current one was a big letdown, it didn't give me a better sound or much better throttle response.
The one im looking at is on summit and is only roughly 60 bucks shipped.
Another update:
Truck is aligned....FINALLY!!!
The steering wheel is a LITTLE cock-eyed so I will need to fix that, shouldnt take too long. Took the guy at kal tire over an hour to get it within specs, the camber is maxed out, so looks like I won't be cranking the t-bars at all.
I emailed BCC today, waiting for a response, gonna drop off my locker soon. I really want to get all these things done. New year, New mods commin up!
*update*
Well we are in the new year, so we start off with more mods!
I went and raided the ricer isle at crappy tire, got myself a new exhaust tip and pedal covers.
Not the best picture but you get the idea.
The tip is a simple 2.25" chrome tip, I cut off the end of the pipe but now it was dumping the exhaust under the truck, I didnt want the moisture to rust out my bed, so I went and got the tip. I wanted somthing simple but somthing that was "tastefull" I think it does the job.
The pedal covers are mostly for looks, but they make the pedal less slippery so thats nice when wheeling.
I also welded on the bed supports from my body lift kit. I just learned to weld so that was cool, quite challenging doing it in such a cramped space.
We also torched off the spare tire winch!
I talked to BCC on the phone, they are getting a shipment of marlin crawler bumpers in so they are going to mod one for me, and I will be getting the sliders too!
I also dropped of the lockright to be installed in the 3rd member im getting rebuilt.
