I just bought this SE-R and I love it. The plan as it sits is deffinitly BOOST. Lots and lots of boost. I would really like to build a track car but I think it will see more street racing than track racing.
I just recently doveloped a rod knock! I'm super pissed about the rod knock but now I have a good reason to swap out the old DE motor for the GTiR.

Stock SR20DE. Wiatin' on the GTiR motor

The GTiR motor has individual throttle bodies, 444cc injectors, a T28 ball-berring turbo, and 8.3:1 compression.
With a good tune and a few bolt on parts you can make one hell of a fast ride.

THE PLAN:
- GTiR Motor swap $2000
- MAP-ECU Engine Management System $399
- Custom FMIC kit $300
- Custom Aluminized 3" Exhaust $600-$800
- TEIN Coil-over suspension $1280
- 205/45-16 Falken ZE329 (they are cheap) $65(x4)
- 16x7 Motegi rims $129(x4)
- JDM front bumper $200
-------Total: about $6000--------
With the parts listed I'll come out with about 300whp. Keep in mind this car is in Colorado.
Other than the bumper I'll leave the body work stock to give it the true JDM look.
