The pic-up is going through some changes. I have removed the wing windows, made an inside bed shell, solid rear tail, moved the gas fill into the bed, shaved the door handles, removed booth bumpers, and filled all of the side and rear seams. It has gone too far! I still have to start on the van, and I am looking for the window van to finish off the set
When it all started to change
Installing inner skin for the bed
Shaving the door handles and removing the wing windows (It's cheaper than chrome!)
Tail gated removed and a new piece of sheet metal installed. This is a picture with the bed liner in it, Except I didn't scuff up the new metal enough and it came out like a cake out of a pan. Oh well live and learn

Well that is where it is today. Now what color to paint it? I am partial to red. Any ideas?
I decided to paint it the new Chevy Taho red with black around the windows where it is recesed. It should be painted in a week or two, Also the windows will be tinted dark so that with the black they should apear to be wraped around.

Here it is with a new color, I don't know if I really like "97 Chevy suburban red or not. I suppose when the windows are in and tinted it will be ok

Rear view. Any ideas of interior color? I was thinking grey, and I am not sure what type of seats to use either. What about electric windows? Is there a good brand to use? Any help would be great.
Thanks

Well the inside is now painted and it's time to try to install the electric windows and find some different door handles for the inside, although I will have door poppers and electric solenoids too.View of drivers side door w/subaru door handles and honda door release Dolphin elec. window kits
Seats are now done, but I won't install them until I put the motor back in. which I only need to put the sheet metal back on tranny is rebuilt and ready to go. So I hope!!!

It's all most ready, just installed new brakes and brake cylinders. Still need to put on the J.C. Whitney mirrors.
