With some extra money at the end of the summer I decided to start modin the RL again. Finally some performance parts that had been in the works for a long while.
Here�s after getting the parts all together:
Similar to GM stage 2 parts list, with just a bit more balls and emphasis on future hp/mod-ability.
Setup includes:
ZZP Modular Pulley System with 2.9" pulley
ZZP Pulley Puller
Pulley Boys oversized idler bracket
GMPP Stage 2 supercharger belt
Sieman Deka flow-matched 60 lb. injectors
Casper's LSJ fuel Injector wire harness
Running Horsepower Tuners software package
Install wasn�t to bad:
Supercharger coming off:
Old pulley coming off:
New Hub going on
Modular setup so I can chose which pulley to run without going through this process ever again :)
Old injectors coming out:
New Injectors and Casper�s Harness going in:
All back together and at New Era Performance for dyno runs and tuning via HPT
Put down 250 WHP & 220 TQ
Good numbers for a 90 degree day with 40% humidity
