1991 318is Alpine White Mint Condition Second Owner
Orignal MINTY FRESH interior. BMW Recaro sport seats with multi adjustable seats. Rear headrests. Natur leather interior, natur carpet, and custom BAVAUTO black floormats.
Original 14" BBS Basketweaves. Nothing special, but adds to the classic 80's euro sport look. 195 65 14 Yoko Avid H4's get the job done.
Shot of cruising and opening her up. GPS recorded 6 or so mph off. Eventually tagged a 144 in the red. Not too bad considering the age....
In garage out of light, to see the contrast of the 20% tint. All around, I think it adds nice to the black and white persona. State Patrolman did verify that the tint is more like 12%. Got off with a warning :)
German check control panel. All function great! Still keeping an eye out for the map light mirror. Hand crank sunroof FTW!
Just recently moved over 160k original miles. Not too shabby. Have chrome rings and red dials.
Racing Dynamics Rear Apron. Hooker Headers classic European 3" exhaut tips, Flowmaster muffler, stock headers, pretty free flowing, kick ass sounding system. Black OEM deck spoiler, Original M logo from when car was new (have brochure to proove it. Since the car has the mtechnic suspension and other sporting features, I decided to keep it where it is. Looks good. Still proudly represent the "318is" nonetheless.
Classic European Plate (04/10 means April-October--Seasonal Car, like a convertible or classic) Bosch Lighting, am going to upgrade to euro smiley ellips when I can get my hand on a pair. Also, Kamei front spoiler (rare?) and fog delete panels (will also probably upgrade when find a pair, since prewired for it)
Trunk Shot with black carpet (to match with the bonnet when both are open), complete tool kit, Roadside Assistance number and card, and dual trunk lights (believe it or not, was an option)
Rockford Fosgate Dual 12" Enclosed Subwoofers incorporated into the stock Alpine Headunit via a bass sensor in the output speaker wires. Stock Alpine has infared controls and WB. Alpine Amp, 450 w nothing too much, but makes it sound great. Power Acoustiks DVD Player paired with a 7" LCD monitor in the front tray. Original BMW Alpine 6CD changer. BMW Original Sound System, incuding amp, tweeters, and premium speakers.
