Besides the crown vic, i have an Evolution 9
Mods:
The first mod I did was to buy a K&N Typoon Intake system for the car. I then painted the wheels black. I had 20% tint installed all around. I then put on a Turbo XS Manual Boost controller. At this point I set it for a steady 18 PSI. I then added an HKS Downpipe, which helped a bit. Then I installed a turbo XS Front Mount Intercooler. Then I installed a Megan Racing Cat-Back exhaust, and Gutted the Cat. I turned the boost up to 21psi. I had a ARC 3200lb Clutch w/ street disk put in, as well as a prolite race weight flywheel. Had some boost cut and rich mixture issues, so I got an air/fuel controller (AFC NEO) and an easy install harness. I installed a Perrin Shorty antenna. Then I installed the UK style carbon fiber evo 9 badges for the trunk. Next I installed HID headlights. After that I installed GREDDY (trust) hard intercooler piping with T-bolt clamps for everything.
The AFC helps out ALOT!

With the AFC set around here and the boost at 24 PSI, I have a steady 11.7 Air Fuel Ratio, and no problem with the engine pulling timing. I run 94 Octane Fuel.
