I got a Alpine reciever from Circuit City...First impression: Makes stock speakers sound alot better, not great but alot better. Controlls are decent, easy to understand and set. the only thing I dont like is how it has only Bass and Treble controls, but there are many more possitives than one or two negatives so I can say this is worth it if you dont want a bottom of a line reciever but also dont want to pay $200+ on one....I also like the fact that it has a 105 decibles for a sigal decible of noise. The FM sensitvity isnt bad either. I have a complaint with the salesman at Circuit City though, he didnt know what he was talking about...he was trying to fill my car with a bunch of shit I didnt want, for exmaple a bazzoka bass tube, dont get me wrong for those who have them, they are fine but I would rather have no sub in my car before I put that pos in it...

Here is a picture of the reciever.....

Nothing to exciting, doesnt look fancy but it is a quality reciever for someone that doesnt want to spend much.

Hae man whats up? Your car is smooth! And the paint job is SWEET!! My car use to look just like yours until I started upgrading it. Come to my site and check me out, and tell me what you think. I put a performance mufler on mine too, about two years ago, but mine is one of those 'Intimidater' mufflers, made by APC. I had hellafied power before I had it put on. But it was installed, I got a major boost in performance. But it was the way that I had mine installed. I can't tell all my secrets, but your idea was close to the way mine is. But take a look at all the other stuff that I've done too. I think you'll appreciate the things that I've done to mine, because you think like I do, when it comes to detailing your ride. I try to cover everything possible. But playa, I better go! Get at me later on, and keep it pimpin............Thug

Nice job with what u've done with the car so far but one thing.. i'd like to see how the hell you get 13.5 in the quarter with minimal performance mods on that car? like a time slip or some proof.. anywho good job .. lata
