1SlowTSI's 1991 Toyota Camry

This is the finished product, came out nice....

1SlowTSI's 1991 Toyota Camry

This is what happens when an ass has a craftmans tool case (Hard ABS plastic) and doesnt know where to put it. This ass comes over and needs help with his car, brings his tools out, I turn to look at his car, when I turn around it is on the trunk of my car. He is moving it around scratching it even more. Be his an ass he doesnt know what his doing. I tell him to get it off and then I see what you see above.

That's after I worked on it for a while. I tried a few things to get the scrathes out. The lucky thing is that the scrathes where surface, not down to the primer like I originally thought. If they were to the primer lets just say the "ass" would be down a few $100.

By now you might be asking about my exhaust and Intake. I orderd a Powertech performance muffler I few days ago along with an intake. I purcashed both things from ebay (thanks Jesse). The muffler you can find at www.powertechexhaust.com
I ordered the one that is the DTM style with two, 3 inch tips. You might be asking yourself now, why? Why would someone put a intake and a performance muffler on a 91 camry with a 4 cylinder 2.0 engine....because that person is young and stupid and wants to hear his car as it charges on to 60 MPH in astounding 14 seconds.

A Price list for Parts:

Powertech Muffler - $85 plus shipping (Check page 6 for pictures)

"Intake" - $13 Not exactly the best but a airfilter and an adapter plate, find this on ebay. Check it out on page 6.

Distributor Cap - $36 this includes the wires. I got this at AutoZone, the name is WELLS. The part number is JP918 this distributor cap is for a 91 camry, 4 cyl.

Ignition Rotor - $2.95 Buy this when you go to buy the distributor cap, the name brand is WELLS, which was purcushed at Autozone also. The part number for this rotor is DR925, this is the one for the 91 camry 4 cyl.

Plugs - $6 (NGK) Part number is: BCPR5EY-11
When istalling these gap them at 0.043 in. (1.1 mm) also make sure to use antisieze on the threads (camry has an aluminum head). Torque the plugs down at 7(what I used)-10 lb/ft.

Hae man whats up? Your car is smooth! And the paint job is SWEET!! My car use to look just like yours until I started upgrading it. Come to my site and check me out, and tell me what you think. I put a performance mufler on mine too, about two years ago, but mine is one of those 'Intimidater' mufflers, made by APC. I had hellafied power before I had it put on. But it was installed, I got a major boost in performance. But it was the way that I had mine installed. I can't tell all my secrets, but your idea was close to the way mine is. But take a look at all the other stuff that I've done too. I think you'll appreciate the things that I've done to mine, because you think like I do, when it comes to detailing your ride. I try to cover everything possible. But playa, I better go! Get at me later on, and keep it pimpin............Thug
