I bought this car because I've never previously owned a Loop-Bumper model and I very much like the metallic brown colour. I am extremely pleased with this car and really fallen in love with her. She usually draws attention at fuel stations and restaurant car parks.
Note that this is not a New Yorker Brougham. The Brougham option didn't arrive until 1972.
I wondered why this NY is so loaded down with accessories. In fact, there's 195 lbs of extra weight in options...
The original owner was Mullen Motors Co., Parkersburg, WV; she was actually registered to a motor dealer. They must have used her as a demonstrator with toys.

About all she lacks is power door locks.
In March 2007 she was Ziebarted, both underneath (black) and inside the frame, doors, fenders, etc. (waxy amber coloured creeping substance). This probably added another 30 lbs of weight.
This brings her grand weight total to approximately 4,560 lbs, a heavyweight by anyone's standards.
