The Acura Integra Type-R, is one of the finest factory built, front wheel drive, performance cars of all time.  This Integra is a full out road race car that competes at NASA and SCCA events.

This 1998 ITR Hybrid is equiped with the powerful K20a JDM DC5R engine, professionally installed by Hondaworks of Charlotte, NC.

Our Integra Type-R competes in NASA's Performance Touring A class.  We are looking to add some important SCCA events for 09 including the ARRC and Cinn. region's IT Fest at Mid Ohio. 

Performance:
* Dyno tuned by Jeff Evans at 238 HP/ 160 trq.
* Carbotech XP10 and XP12 brakes for the ultimate braking performance.
* 2400 lbs. Race weight

Our NASA race class is PTA (Performance Touring A) and it's a very diverse run group.  PTA normally consists of Corvettes, Mustangs, BMW M3's and SCCA E-Production cars. Very stiff competition for our Acura.

Engine modifications include:
* K20a engine swap by Hondaworks.

* Custom built exhaust with R-crew race header.
* Fully Race Prepped with the latest in K series engine
modifications
* Carbotech XP12 brake pads.

* RBC intake
* Hondata fully programmed ECU.
* Custom Curpier 8 Point Rollcage with state of the art
safety equipment.

*APR race wing

* P1 splitter

* Full Carbon Fiber Rear Deck and Hood.

* Moton remote res. racing dampeners

* Light weight Enkei RPF1 17x8 wheels with 225/40/17 Hoosier A6's 

* DBA 4000 series are the best rotor I've ever used.

Highlights:

* 2006 won the East Coast Honda Challange H2 title.

* 2006 finished 2nd at the NASA National Championships H2.

* 2007 Finished 2nd at the NASA National Championships in Performance Touring "B".

* 2007 Won the inaugural GRM UTCC in the Junior Varsity Shop class.
