This page is for my beater 1993 Escort wagon I bought for $100 out of a field. The car had a blown headgasket and an iffy auto trans so I dropped in a $300 junkyard 2.0L SPI motor from a '97 and a 5spd transmission.

It was still pretty slow so I installed a DSM T25 turbo and manifold along with a bunch of other stuff (see below for the details). I have also converted it to run off of clean burning 105 Octane E85 Ethanol, which allowed me to crank the boost to 12psi with no detonation! I still have just a little over $2k into the car and it's pretty quick and still gets 30+mpg on the highway.

Hey Nice Ride! I noticed that you have a wideband o2 setup in your car. I'm with PLX Devices and we're looking for nice cars to sponsor with our new gauges. We have some new 52mm and 60mm programmable gauges. Check them out on our website (www.plxdevices.com) if you're not familiar with our new offerings. If you're interested please email me at paul@plxdevices.com

Thanks for all the comments, I'll try my best to answer the questions. dj-clear corners are off ebay, they were cheaper than new stock ones so I picked 'em up flip-most of the gauges were leftovers from other projects. All gauges are universal so you should be able to wire anything in. wasthatawagon-stock is good (dents add to the sleeper effect) but I dig your wagon too :)
