this page not done yet. FRONT END REBUILD

OK Josh and I were scrapping and scrubbing the empty hole where the motor was and I decided to re-do the front end. Now what means the car will NOT be done this summer. But it will have a new front suspension and motor. It's a might as well thing. LOL
Here is the kit I just ordered

this is the left side control arms, I'll get them shot blasted and do more pics soon !

control arms before bead blasting

Here you can see the cracked right lower arm with some creative welding !!!
and after blasting

new arm on the way ! ...... This would explain the big differnce in the shims right side to left side =)
Here are the arms PAINTED >>>
No front end in the car now !!!
Well I had the springs blasted and I repainted them with a rubber flex paint. Heres what they look like before and after
Dirty springs
Blasted springs

Repaint with rubber flex paint Will it work ? who knows?

Front end done.. I just want to recheck all the nuts and bolts before I drop it to the ground. I should be able to push it out into the fresh air this weekend !!!! Also I will post pics of the a-arm that was FIXED by hig-fab . Higbie SR did a great job making a part that was not to be found !!! will post new pics soon. !!!
