Hello and welcome to my Mazda Cosmo page.
This is my 1978 Mazda Cosmo. I am the third owner of this marvelous machine and I am very proud to own it. Not only is it unique, it has a bad to the bone 13B engine with some nice goodies. It has very Cold A/C, power steering, disc brakes and rides better than a Cadillac. The best fun is that it is extremely fast.
It consists of the following:
13B Old school Rotary Engineering Streetport Engine with all new internal to include solid corner seals, apex seals, oil rings, springs, soft seals, stationary gear and rotor bearings.Racing Beat Racing Oil pressure regulator and Mazda Competition oil pump.
Lightweight flywheel with Racing Beat 4 puck sprung hub clutch
Weber 48 IDA with ported 13B intake and K&N filter
Racing Beat 13B Header, GSLSE presilencer, 2.5 inch exhaust to Racing Beat muffler
Lots of other new stuff, I will mention later.

Pics of the exhaust install. Since nobody has aftermarket stuff for a Cosmo, almost everything you see has to be fabricated. Again, 13B Racing Beat Road Race Header for old school RXs, Racing Beat GSLSE, 2 and 1/2 inch exhaust into Racing Beat Primaflow Muffler. Very throaty, but not annoying.
