this was previous intake manifold and piping setup i had welded dsm 1st gen bov to a pipe,

i have replaced compressor housing with one that has neck on it, and i put nice k&n on it

Tonight on 21 jan. of '03 i have installed aeromotive adjustable fuel pressure regulator, really nice regulator, and great price, it works great, i just have to get some nice fittings for braided line i have from aeroquip.

this is wastegate from turbo audi, really nice unit for $10, does what it's supposed to

top view, that's o2 sensor just plugging the hole up, one that measures mixture is located after the turbo

view of the wastegate from under

downpipe that's made from 2 1/2" exaust pipe

different angle, you can see wastegate, and downpipe, fits real good and works flawlessly.

Kind of close to brake fluid tank, but it's been protected with some aluminum flashing, and downpipe is covered by aluminum and fiberglass isolation.

This is downpipe when i made it, with coat of 1200* degree paint, one day it will be made from stainless and polished.
intercooler is not hooked up yet, since i had no time to do it from last time i removed tranny. Transmission will have to come out back again, it's giving me some problems, from previous rebuild, hopefully i'll have it it by mid january.

i have painted up exrta intake i have that's iodonized blue, really sweet color up close, that i'll put on once i don't have anything better to do.
