As of June 18, 2007 Sapphire was parked, by fall of 07 it was gone. with over 309k on the ticker i decided i needed and wanted a new ride. with the help of a friend and a bank loan i scored a 2002 Pontiac Grand Prix GTP 40th Anniversary Edition Coupe. I took delivery of that on June 18, 2007. Once i had that i never drove Sapphire again. i removed the stereo and that was it.
now i need to get a page for my 40th Anniversary Edition.

My Cutty as she sat on the car lot awaiting me.
Sapphire after her first wax.
This is the engine compartment. Pretty darn clean if you ask me. When I bought her in May 2002 she had 115,000 ticks on the clock. Since then she has received an oil change a month as I like to drive. In addition to getting back into the comp scene.
I have purchased a GM strut tower brace for the front and rear, but have not had the time to install them. The front looks easy and straight forward to do. Not so sure on the rear. This will of course have an effect on how the trunk gets arranged as well. I want to actually be able to use my trunk this time around. I have not been able to in the last 3 cars. For now I am unable to as I wanted the stuff in the car NOW. In time will get it all straightened out.
For the most part the equipment in my car is OLD by alot of ppl's standards. The oldest being the stage amp at 5.5 years. The newest (by that I mean the newest that is mine) is my sub at 1.5 years. OH wait I just bought an x-over.
The newest in reality is the Elemental E12K sub I have been playing with for a month now.
I kinda figure that this is already an expensive enough hobby. If the parts are not broken then I will not replace them. At least for now that is how I look at it. With the looks of the new Elemental A series sub I might have to change my thinkin a bit.
I do need to get my processors installed though. As I really miss the line drivers from my Audio Control processors.
This will be a work in progress. I still have to gather the pics and type up what I want to say.
Please be patient.
