This is my 1982 Mustang GT. Ive had this car for about 6 years now and how Ive kept it is beyond me! Its been broken into and had the stereo stolen and also had the replacement glass broken.
Its caught fire twice, its broken two camshafts, one crankshaft and a water pump.
It is currently in pieces while i rebuild a new engine for it which will just be mildly warmed over with a bigger cam, later heads, Edelbrock manifold and Holley carb. Im also going fit a five speed T5 box in and it already has an 8.8 rear.
The engine bay has just been painted up after some essential welding was done. Ive fitted new roof seals, replaced the pimp red interior with black and fitted Corbeau GT seats.Im hoping to have it back on the road in summer 2007.
Ive got a set of subframe connectors to go on it too which should help stiffen her up.

Here is the donor car for most of my 82's parts, its a one owner from new 1983 Mustang GT which I'm having to break up!
Its heartbreaking but as my buddy Steve says, 'you cant save them all'!!
Here's another one I owned previously, its a 1979 Mustang Indy Pace Car. Unfortunately circumstances meant I had to sell it ( thats what women do to you!) but at least its now in a good home. I had the whole roof shipped from a car in California so I could swap the rotten roof panel.
