Here is my car! A 1992 Camaro RS. Not much stock about it anymore aside from appearances. Its not fast enough to be a real sleeper, but it's a fun car. Around 300hp, setup to handle well, and a blast to drive.

This car has had the entire drivetrain gutted out of it since I brought it home. The Throttle Body Injected 305 is long gone now. The 700r4 is gone. The open 2.73 drum rear 10-bolt is gone. Actually, that one is taking up space in the garage...
It now has a 355 with Vortec heads and a hot, but streetable cam in it. (Comp xe262) A T56 6-speed behind the motor, and a 3.70 geared disc rear 9-bolt. the only year they made them with the good rear disc brakes. The more obscure 9-bolt is allegedly a little stronger than the 10-bolts, built a little better, but parts are so expensive for it I wish I had just spent on a 9 inch or used a 10-bolt andj ust considered it expendable. Regardless, hopefully it holds up.
You can rarely pull this shit off by yourself, but fortunately I got a lot of good buddies helping me out. And a couple there for moral support.
Here they are getting stuff done while I pose for the camera.

Here we have a T-56 6-speed out of a 1994 Trans Am.

Time to bang some gears...

While I was doing this engine swap and transmission swap, I decided to swap the old 2.73, drum rear, open carrier 10-bolt out for a 3.27 gear, disc brake, 9-bolt. The gears are kinda suck, but I bought it for the brakes. Those grandma gears have since been swapped out for some 3.70s. Theres an aluminum LS1 fourthgen driveshaft in there too.

These rear rotors are bigger than my factory front rotors, which is exactly how the vast majority of these left teh factory from 89-92. Ridiculous.
