This is an awesome lightweight toy, I bought it off of ebay and it was a mess, not at all what they represented it as.

It has been a long journey to get it ready for the intended (track) use and abuse. It is a V8 powered kit car that grossly resembles a Lotus 7.

It as a 302 ci Ford with a T-5 transmission. Coilovers at all four corners and is primarily for track use. I am hoping to rebody it later this year and when I do I'll make it street legal for some serious fun... I managed to get it ready for track use last year, took it out for a weekend of fun with NASA-SE at Rockingham. After a few sessions the drivetrain made a loud "POP" and wouldn't go anywhere anymore... I had snapped the pinion on the Jaguar IRS

I am currently replacing the rear end with one out of a Lincoln MkVIII

As soon as I get it back up and running I am planning on adding a twin turbo kit:

and rebody it to be far more cool...

eventually race it later this year in NASA Super Touring.

UPDATE: The monster LIVES! I got it all back together w/o the turbos - I couldn't squeeze them under the hood - I am breaking her back in this weekend (June 16-17 at Rockingham, NC - NASA-SE) - then onto making the body enhancements! :)

Oh lord Jim, you got my Vote for UTC, but the question really is will it be ready in time. See you at RA later this month.
