I have been a wagon guy forever - my first car was a Jeep Wagoneer, I have a 33 Ford Woodie in a pile waiting to be built, and I used my student loan money in grad school to buy a 1956 Chevy Sedan Delivery - which I had to sell to finance a racecar...  Ever since a trip to Europe where E36-body wagons were everywhere, I have wanted one of these Tourings. 

These pages feature the 1996 320iT built by BimmerWorld as a daily driver for me, as well as for the Grassroots Motorsports Ultimate Track Car Challenge (every good project needs a goal to push the completion).  The car is not really a daily now - a little too over the top.  It is an awesome car to drive when the pavement is dry and warm enough to get some grip!  All the decals from the GRM UTCC have now come off and it is now about as subtle as it gets.  Below are some pictures of the finished project - additional background and more of the build can be seen on the subsequent pages:
