This SE-R is a multi-use motorsports car. It is currently set up to compete in SCCA STX class and DSP time trials. I have well over 50 track weekends in this car as well an uncountable autocross runs. I instruct for whoever will let me on track with them.

Lap times:
2:25 VIR full
1:10 Rockingham
1:50 Road Atlanta
1/4 mile: 14.7 sec

With a full interior with working A/C and stereo, my SE-R can also be driven on a daily basis and return 30 mpg. In this car, I defeated the great Japanese drifting legend Tarzan Yamada at VIR-Patriot course in Oct. 2006. He hopped in my car and tried to beat my best time. He was over 2 seconds slower.

Updates:

Feb 3, 2007:
Just got in new wheels. I bought some 15"X7" Kazera KZ-M wheels to put my Hankook DOT race tires on. These wheels are specificly made for Spec Miata racing. They are 13 lbs and CHEAP (Tirerack $99 each). Problem is they are made for the Miata hub which is 56.1mm. My SE-R hub is 59.1mm. I had a machine shop bore out the center for a perfect hubcentric fit.

Corey, thanks for the spelling correction. I googled his name and it came up under both YamaTa and YamaDa. I had a 50/50 shot. He was indeed an excellent driver and very coordial. My "prize" for winning the Nissan class at GT Live was I got to ride in his Evo. I gave up that chance to have him ride with me instead in my car. "You are EXCELLENT driver!!" he shouted as we came across the finish. Yes, a fine day to be me...

Thanks for the comments all. I hope to make the GRM Challenge.
