This is my 1969 Pontiac Firebird Convertible.
It's Silver with a Black interior and Black top.
It's an original factory A/C and power windows car, so it's a little rarer than the garden variety 'bird. It's no Ram Air III car, but its cool. The PHS documents show it to originally be a 350 2bbl car, Verdoro Green exterior with Black interior and top.
It currently has a Chevy Crate 350 with 330 HP and 385 Torque. It was tuned and dyno'ed at Motor City Steel before going into hibernation for the winter.
The TH-350 was built by Joel's on Joy in Detroit, MI. Joel builds some serious racing tranny's, both Ford and Chevy.
This tranny coupled with a 4.10 rear gear makes for some serious gear slammin', tire-shreddin' fun! With the B&M Star Shifter, I can pull rubber in every gear.

The interior is mostly original with a few OER parts. I'm finishing the restoration of the interior this winter.
On the list is: new seat backs, recover headrests, return console and shifter to stock, new sills, 69 momo steering wheel, repaint faded interior bits.
The car shows real nice but has a lot of work left to do.

Exterior/mechanical changes this year: Hood tach, rub paint and fix chips, shorty headers, quick-ratio steering, refurb suspension front and rear and lower car an inch.
Future plans:
Trans/Am Restomod
Built 69 400; target HP is 450-500
Demon Six Shooter tri-power carb setup

more to follow...
