1988 Buick Park Avenue

I don't have any pictures of any of the mods done inside the car, as i ripped them all out before i took the pictures [i sold the car, blown tranny (too many roll backs, and neutral drops... lit em up many many many times) and i wanted the pics for sentimental value ;)]

Here it is straight on. Just washed. Those racing stripes were hand painted on (by me) using chrome bumper spray paint. I masked off the entire car with newspaper. I measured the entire car to ensure exactly 8" stripes from front to back. The striped angled out on the hood to go along with the lines of the car. They started at about 4" and went back to 8". They are perfectly straight, the camera angle just makes it look they arent.

This is my favorite one, it makes it look mean :)

By the way, the stripes definitely added at least 25 horsepower. =)

I had 2 15" neo-blue streetglow neons under my dash, 2 blue headlight strobes, 2 10" red neon tubes that flashed with the music on my back deck, hooked up to a strobe control module mounted on my amp rack, so that the neons would only flash when the sub hit. I never got the SPL tested, cause i didnt want to be made fun of becuase... well it was a granny car, but let me tell you it hit freaking hard. headaches. I also had a power inverter, that controlled those rope light things [limo lights] that went around the liner on the roof, they were nasty. I had a PA system, so that i could yell and make fun of people on the side of the road, and i also had a real life fire truck siren. i basically looked like a po-po car at night, it was great, many parties were broken up, and many running, drinking, underage kids.. heh... and.. the racing stripes. who doesnt like chrome racing stripes?

I had {still have) a JVC HU [ JVC KD-SX770 ], 600w jenson amp [ Jenson XA2250 ] [i know jenson isnt great, but thats all i had money for, my next setup will have JBL] and 1 12" pioneer IMPP 600w sub [ Pioneer TS-W304C ]. Thats all i had in that car, but it got pretty loud. I didnt need new speakers, as this car had the premium "Concert Sound II" from the factory. I tried and tried to blow them, so i would have a good reason to buy new ones, but i couldnt. soo ehh, they couldnt have been that bad.
