This car is actually my sisters 1984 mitsubishi cordia.
it hosts a stock 1.6 litre engineand a four speed manual gear box with a stock overdrive.

It is more than less completely stock... she only got the car a few months ago and i dont inherit it for a few years so its gonna stay like that for a while...

This is not the actual car but the best photo i could get of a 84 cordia without my camera working. The only visible difference is that my sisters has all 5 factory alloys.

All that has been done to the cordia since we bought it is the stereo... the original modular tape player left alot to be desired so the cordia now hosts:

Sony X-plode detachable face head unit,

Sony X-plode two way four inch speakers cut into the doors,

Sony X-plode three way six inch speakers in the back running through a little audiovox amp,

Boss 250 watt amp powering a ten inch JBL sub.

Nothing too special but enough to make it loud enough to drown out any unwanted noise.

The way the speakers are wired up is pretty cool i think...
Because both the sub and the back speakers run through amps, if the amp isnt on, the speakers wont work. So both amps are wired up to a switch on the dash so that when the switch is off, only the front speakers work. But hit the switch and because the back speakers are only through a little amp it powers up in about half a second then the six inchers start going, then about a second later you get a kick from the sub after the larger amp has powered up.

Its a sortof before and after effect.

Other than that the car is untouched since we got it, minus being serviced (just things like new oil+air filters, fresh oil, new spark plugs and leads) just stuff to keep it running like it should.

I will get some pics of the car and its new stereo once i get the camera working.
