Car has been sold on 9/2/08 @ 10:30pm. Rest in peace Civic...
General Summary:
This is my 1999 Honda Civic DX coupe 4speed. I had this car since March 2006. As soon as I got the car I started to customize it so that it would look different from the rest. But now I decided that I want to go with a more sleeper like style for my car to make it stand in better but still be different. That’s the whole idea. I want my Civic to be a car I can enjoy and never be bored with. It will always be modified and never stock. I have a new goal in mind and that is to make an automatic Civic fast. Everyone works on manuals and make them fast but never automatics. I can see why since automatics aren’t as strong and versatile but I want to change all that. I’m setting out to be different. I want to make it possible and accomplishable to make an automatic fast. Anyway enjoy the pictures. Any suggestions please drop a comment.

~Civic Sold...~ (9/2/08)
The Civic has been sold as of September the 2nd. I hope that this person takes good care of it. I can no longer hold on to it. All the memories of my ride will be remembered through here. I will continue the legacy of my Civic through here. All I've been through with this car will never be forgotten. Rest in peace Civic, rest in peace...
~For Sale! For Sale!~ (8/11/08)
Sad that it has come to this but I have to sell my Civic. It was fun while it lasted but I can no longer afford to fix the car or continue driving it. I’ve done what I could to make the car fun but in the end sort a ruined it. So now I need extra money to pay off existing bills and sell my other car which is the Cobalt. I’m asking for $5,500 OBO. With that price you will get all the aftermarket parts with the car including the rims. This would be a good project car to begin working on if you’re a tuner.
~New Mods~ (7/22/08)
I also installed a mugen lip, cut out the grill, de-badged the rear and reinstalled an 8000K HID kit. I will take new photos once I have washed the car and cleaned up the glue that remains from de-badging. Later.

~Return of the Civic~ (7/22/08)
Finally, the Civic is back in my hands. With the new D16Y7 engine under the hood I’m ready to start over. My first performance priority is turbo-charging. I need an intercooler to be present in the bumper where one used to be especially since I cut out the grill there. I can’t do without a turbo. I miss it. So when I get the opportunity, I will turbo-charge the Y7 again. It’ll probably happen in September or October. I only have a little bit of funds to work with. Those funds will just go into exterior parts including the lips & rim repair for now. Anyway stay tuned for updates.

~Automatic Always~ (7/11/08)
I decided to keep the Civic an automatic. A lot of people do work to manuals but never really automatics. I have always wanted to be different and keeping the car an automatic is the only way to do so. Converting will only mess up the flow that I’m running right now. Plus I might run into complications from converting. I rather save that money for building the engine and transmission to take extra horsepower. My goal is simple…make a fast automatic Civic regardless of what anyone says. I’m fearless, that’s why I turbo-charged the Y7 before. I may not be able to achieve the high horsepower numbers some manuals achieve but I want to try. Oh and some dude I met at the gas station has a TV/DVD head unit he’s selling for 450 bucks w/ whole system. I might pick that up from him to replace the stolen Alpine unit. He is also going sleeper with his car due to all those cops trying to give him repair orders. (His car below):

~Car towed...Finally~ (7/8/08)
The car has finally gotten towed. I decided I will wait till I have enough money to swap in a B-series before I convert. So basically I will be keeping the car an automatic for now, and maybe throw another turbo kit on the D16Y7 that will be swapped in. Also the shop said that they may have replacement parts for the radio brackets that were stolen. I just got to get a radio.
