KastropheX's 1972 Chevrolet El Camino
This was my first car and thought I should make a page for it because it has a special place in my heart and the least I can do for it is make a page about it. We built this car from the ground up. When we got it it was completly stripped out except for the interior and the rear-end. It took us about 6 months to complete the car and even after I could drive it, it wasn't really complete. Everytime I had to drive the thing, something would go wrong and became more of a hassle so I was forced to sell it. I've got an import car now and it's just not the same as that small bock 350:(

Hey, thanks for checking out my ride. I really like the El Camino's. Kind of rare up here, so I havent come across one, but I know I will have one before I die. Your 626 are looking sick too. TC

Dude, I also had a 1972 El Camino. Was in the process of restoring it when one day it was wasted from an accident. I miss this car probably more then you do after 20 years of not having it. Bought it for $2500 back in the mid 1980s and dropped about another $2500 bucks into before it got wasted. Almost bought a new another until the wife convinced me to get a Miata project car. Check it out sometime. It is work in progress.
