This is the beginning. I've had two cars donated to make one. The Rampage (or actually a Scamp) was a driver when I got it. The donor vehicle is a 1989 CS Daytona. In this pic I had already swapped over the hubs and brake systems to the Rampage. It was a pretty straight forward swap except the lower ball joints had to be a larger stud to fit the Daytona knuckle. I just used the GLHS ball joint and it worked perfect. There is a definate advantage to owning a shop and being a L1 Master ASE Certified Tech. I have alot of technical info available which is great as this is my first FWD buildup.

The Daytona also donated the 2.2 TII motor. After years of working on these I have found this to be the best year for this package. Its the last year of the 2.2 and Chrysler had pretty much maxed out their performance on this package.
After the complete strip down of the Rampage, I found my first challenge. The floorpan! or whats left of it. I have been looking for a couple of months now and cannot find a donor vehicle with a good floorpan so I will be making my own. I will be submitting those pics when I get started.
