this is my nissan 240sx base model ,the only thing that has power is power steering everything is manual .i bought this car of my cousin for $500 bucks no regrets . i tried my best to keep the car intact but i had problems here and there and hoping for the worse , 3 months later my engine finally gave up on me on my way home from work at 265,000 miles ,i took the motor apart and i spun not 1 but 2 bad bearings that one of the rods was bent badly that made really bad damage to the cylinder wall so i needed to source another engine and tranny (i might as well source both with less miles just in case if you know what i mean) lucky for me im a member of NICO and some from there sold me there engine and tranny for $500 which was not bad at all for 80k miles ,so within a few months my S14 engine was going in but before it did i removed all emissions ,installed(headers,intake,replaced all gaskets,upgraded my fuel pump with an adjustable FPR,polished valve cover ,act clutch,short shifter, relocated battery ,short ram intake , koyo radiator, and nismo oil cap)so engine was in and damn difference from a SOHC to a DOCH motor we dinoed it at 180 hp at the wheels and 176 tq not bad .tax time so i decided its time for a upgrade i sold my engine set up for $600 and saved up for a different way this time all my freinds tried to convice me to buy a SR20 but i wanted something will a little more move and potential so i went with a SKYLINE RB25DET series2 motor so it has 38k miles i have to thank neotechimports.com for coming through big time clean motor is all i can say ,but of course this bad boy is not going in stock .i bought a couple of upgrades for this car to support the more power thats being put down (my pictures below is my list)and the likes i probelly spent $4,550 so far and i needed $3,876 more to at least get it to my satisfaction F@ck cars are expensive but well worth it at the end .my wiring harness was taken care of by neotechimports.com so plug and play harness is just what i recieved , i cant wait to feel the power of this inline 6 turbo beast i will be upgrading this turbo probally by the end of this year so keep those fingers crossed.... enjoy my page and please rate my car if it wasnt for my wife and kids support i wouldnt be where i am today with my car........:)
