Here is a little play-by-play on the replacement of the right front fender, a-panel, hinge panel, and inner fender area. All rusted areas were cut out and all other areas were ground clean and sprayed with weld-through primer before welding.
I still have to replace the "scuttle" panel which is the panel just behind the hood and below the front windshield where the wipers attach.

You can see how bad it was.

The hinge support panel was cut out and replaced and other patch panels were made.

All of the underside and inside the fenders will be coated with Rino-liner! It doesn't get any more durable, and quiet then that!!

Here it is after the fender was replaced. You can also see the new fiberglass hood and the roll-bar laying inside waiting to be installed (Thanks to Bernie @ RCS, Race Car Services in Bolton Ont. Canada). You can also see the test fit of the wheel arches.

This is how I see it when I'm done. (Just a bit bigger :-))
