Team Kelly's 351w pinto dragcar and is not you regular pinto by any means! This 1972 Pinto was purchased about 2 and a half years ago by myself and my father Larry Kelly. I was 16 at the time and it took most of all my summer money to buy but is was totally worth it! My father is the main driver and I am the self proclaimed "Pitcrew".

60 ft times are around 1.54 and 1.53 seconds due to the kind of low stall. The best 1/8th mile time so far is a 7.37 but it was running rich and the BEST and ONLY 1/4 mile run was a 11.9 and it was hitting on the 6,000rpm pill about 2 seconds before the lights so it is probably faster than that.

Its a blast to drive down the 1/8th mile or 1/4 and I love working and tweeking on it.

It has a 351W that has been bored .030 over with low compression pistons, has Trick Flow Twisted Wedge heads, Full MSD ignition from wires to 6AL box, C4 tranny with a shift kit installed, new ~2500 rpm stall installed, tubbed out with a 9 inch rearend with 4.56 gears with a spool, a 6 point rollcage, and tons of other items. There is way more to list and way more pics to add and i will update after i can take a few more pics next weekend!
