5 years into this car so far including a custom air-ride suspension over a 66' Chevy Van front I-beam with an 86' Iroc rear disc-brake setup out back over a completely new frame lowered to the ground with 225-60-15" rears and 185-60-14" in the front on Cragar SS rim's... TH350 with HO-305 and a six-pack intake manifold of old-skool Rochester 2-barrel carbs... The machine that helps make most of the parts is also from the early 1930's is a W.P. Davis Metalworking Lathe that turns hubs down and makes most of the machined parts from scratch... The innards of the Hotrod were once wood and are now lined with 1" x .065 wall tubing and a 90-degree brake-booster hidden under the dash over the passengers feet (just barely seen in the pic) the inserts for the dash are 1" thick oak with MOON gauges and Corvette Flag emblems along with 5" rear Corvette bubbles frenched into the rear (not seen done here) and 10" OEM 31' Chevy headlights re-mounted down on the frame with the original headlight bar chopped and re-welded so it bolts to the frame horns directly in OLD-SKOOL fashion.. MORE TO COME in 2007!
