This is what my Explorer looked like when I got it. The engine was hydrolocked and it needed a rebuild. It was bone stock, except for the 31s. I've spent thousands of hours working on it over the past several years.

Good lookin' functional trail ride you have there. I use Brute Force joints. I haven't broken one yet, but I tend to creepy-crawl, compared to some folks who just give it hell. How difficult is the fuel cell install?? About how much did it set you back for the sending unit, wiring, lines, etc (everything but the cell).
