This car's name is the 'Yellow Bandit' and I am the driver of it Stephen. I enjoy my car very much and have had many heart aches about it building it up from its reputation. I wanted to share my Storm with the online community and Thank all the sites that have given me some insight and research on Geo's and the 4XE1 block. A big shout out to Robie the Robot is in order for his website and research.

This is her. Yes a she, I received her when she was 14 just hitting puberty. She had sat for 4 years and I could hear the heart of her still beat, plus my step-dad said I could have it, he just wanted it out of his yard. But any way....

Interior
The inside was rough when I got her, but with the help of a $400 doner car I got new GSI seats and painted the panels out of it keeping my stock ones grey in case I sell it. I got a UR3(?) Head unit from Wally world and X-Plod sony speakers all the way around including the 12inch cracked one in the back 2 sub box. But it still kicks good and the money isn't there. Got a Pioneer 300watt amp pushing the back speakers and the sub. Picked it up for $35, and no it's not stolen.

Motor
Here's the heart of the girl. Long story short: Originally had a SOHC it being a base Storm and it needed a fuel pump, so I dropped the tank, had to go to work and my dad kindly put the pump back in. I put the tank in, it worked great for... never. Always had idling, high-end, never got over 70mph problems, wouldn't rev up. So from the doner car I got a GSI DOHC motor. Wonderful idea I thought to myself. Six months later and more heart ache, the motor is in and doing the same f*#^ing thing! So I got the idea to pull the tank out and check the pump out of both cars and saw that my dad had neglected to put some hardware in so I got the line pressure up, put another fuel pump in it myself this time and the thing boils tires off. 4XE1 Block, DOHC GSI Head, got the GSI trans in it too, gotta double clutch third though it's gone.
Cut the air box off so the K&N filter can actually breath, rigged up a fix for the broken hose, made my own grounding kit out of speaker wire I got with the sub-box, Accel wires, and Oh Yeah... the $20 dollar paint job. ~.^ Also I got a custom exhaust, 2.25 from the manifold through a Thrush glasspack then into a Thrush Turbo muffler that's 2.5inch. I need to get a tip fo it though.

She cleans up nice, but don't be decieved I still got a lot of rust to get out of the body but no wrecks or dents in it except for the one I beat into the roof from it letting me walk a few times. But hey there's hail damage up there as well. Just got the Kuhmo tires and Aluminum rims on there today. Upgraded from stock 14s to 15s. She still has the original Heartbeat Chevrolet pinstripe on her.
AND NO I did not steal the idea of doing the bra like that from Robie the Robot, I had mine like that then I came to cardomain.
I guess I should explain the spoiler....
Its big and outrageous, couple of other Geos in town have copied me for it and I traded a guy a paintball marker for it!

Lovly photo of the two tone 15 year old paint job on it. But that's me, I notice a lot of people not putting themselves beside there cars but I like for people to see me and my car, not just the car.
There's my buddy Chris rollin' in his Ford Focus SVT do not be decieved! The only thing that has outrun this guy around here is a turboed and nitrous orange Honda. That was the first time, the second time he didn't have nitrous and this Focus left the Honda in the dust. This Focus is NA, K&N dropin filter, Diablo Sport tuned, Purple power running machine. It's good and its 6 speed transmission kicks my a$$.

Just some goofy Neons I put in my car, just need a 10inch tube for the passenger floorboard to make it match.
