This is my second car being I am 17 and am in a family of mopar fans. I wanted something different than a 5.0 mustang or an import like all my friends. So I bought this 1973 Barracuda 318, it is a all-original mopar surviver that has been garage kept since 73'.
It came with basin street blue paint, Bright Blue/Dark Blue interior, 318 2-barrel engine, dual exhaust, 3-speed automatic transmission, a console, rallye wheels, a white stripe, and HD suspension. I recently installed an alarm system w/power door locks without destroying the factory look.
The interior has faded over the years and will have to be redone. I have the Cuda' hood and am planning on installing soon. The 150-hp 318 is not doing it so I bought a rebuilt 360 from a friend. It is a radical engine that runs on pump gas (seen on page 2). I am currently installing it and will post more pics when I finish installing it.
As you can see when I bought it the engine compartment was all stock. Go to next page to see the new engine!
