Here is a few pics of my 1972 442 race car. I will add more pics of the build has time permits.

Paint color is intense blue pearl from dodge and stripes are viper silver metallic. The hood, fenders, bumper and deck lid are fiberglass. And windows were all replaced by lexan. New quarter panels were installed and streched for the larger tire opening.

Engine is a 455 olds bored out 60. Rotating assembly contains a stock crank redone at crankshaft specialist. I highly recommend there work. Stock rods shotpeened and polished. And off the shelf flat top pistons. I am using a small solid roller from Crane cams. Lift is 672 and duration is 252/262@50.
Cylinder heads and intake are from Rocket Racing. Heads have be worked a little, but still have the potential for alot more power. Carb is a 1150 dominator. ALL MOTOR The biggest limit to this combination is rpm; stock rods in a drag motor is a time bomb just waiting to go off.

The next page I will start pics from tthe beginning stage of the build to completion.
