Pure Evil
The past swaps and repairs leading up to the 302 engine went as follows:
2.9L engine with A4LD trans, 1350 t-case (stock starting point)
1. drivers side head was cracked so got new head and did both head gaskets.
2. Did 2" body lift
3. Was board so took A4LD out and put in 5spd
4. replace axles, Dana 28- Dana35. 7.5- 8.8
5. 4" lift kit
6. 302 conversion
